After narrowing your Realtor® search to a geographic area, we analyze
the sales history for all of the Realtors serving the area.
A sampling of
the indicators we use to select your Realtor®.
- Total Transactions Representing
Sellers: The total number
of successful sales in which the real estate agent represented a
seller.
- Average Price of Sold Property: The average sold price of clients property. This gives
us a reference point to determine if this real estate agent is
knowledgeable about properties in your price range.
- Average Market Time to Sell
Property: The time between the day the property was
listed for sale and the day a purchase agreement was signed and
accepted by the seller.
- Seller Received X% of the
Original List Price: The amount the seller received for
their property vs. the price the agent chose to list the property
for sale. The ability of an agent to accurately determine the value
of a property is essential. This gives us an idea of how successful
the real estate agent has been at assessing the market conditions,
property specifics, and price to result in a sale at or near the
original list price.
- Total Transactions Representing
Buyers: The total number of successful sales the real
estate agent has had representing buyers.
- Average Price of Property for
Buyers Represented: The average purchase price of
clients property. This gives us a reference point to determine if
this agent is knowledgeable about property similar to what you are
seeking.
- Buyers Purchase Property at X%
of the List Price: The amount the agents buyers purchase
their property vs. the list price. This is an indicator of how well
the real estate agent is able to negotiate the price on behalf of
his or her clients.
