Minneapolis Area REALTOR® Search Process

The "average" REALTOR® in the Minneapolis area sells only one house per year, most are part time and are not considered career real estate professionals.  The real estate agents that are full time, specialize in certain neighborhoods, property types and price ranges; some focus on the areas most luxurious properties,  others work only with buyers and a small number are experienced with negotiating bank foreclosures and short sales,. 

Our real estate agent analysis focuses only on the most experienced professionals.

• STEP 1:  Identify the most active real estate agents in the neighborhood you plan to buy or sell a property.
• STEP 2:  Review the sales history for each of the resulting agents.  Some of our criteria include total transactions in the subject neighborhood, total career sales, average market time to sell property, success negotiating on behalf of buyers and sellers, price point of typical client transactions, experience dealing with the relevant property type (condominiums, town homes, single family, investment property, lake homes, etc.).
• STEP 3:  Review of feedback from previous clients when available.  We mail thousands of surveys to recent buyers and seller in the Minneapolis area each year asking them to assess the performance of their REALTOR®.
• STEP 4:  Forward you the results of our search.
• STEP 5:  If for any reason you don't feel like the real estate agent we recommended is the right fit, we are always willing to continue our search to find you an agent that "feels" right.
