I just wanted to thank you for all your efforts in selling my home, When we first talked before I signed up with you, I had the feeling that you were honest and would follow through on your commitments and you didn’t disappoint. You were very professional and knowledgeable regarding real estate in general, the market in my area and the best way to present my home to potential buyers. That together with the aggressiveness you showed in marketing my home proved to be a winning combination. I want to thank you and your team in making for such a smooth sale.
I want to thank you two for doing such a great job selling my mom's house. You were very easy to work with and everything went so smoothly. The whole experience was top notch.
From selling our house in basically one day to finding our new home; which is everything we were looking for, working with him was a great experience! We knew from our first meeting with him that he knew what we were trying to accomplish and that we could trust his opinion. We were very impressed with his knowledge in both selling our home and finding us a new home. We highly recommend him!!
I could not be more impressed or satisfied with his attentiveness and professionalism, to say nothing of his kindness. Without exception, every communication that I submitted was acknowledged immediately. If his response required more time and effort on his part, I was always kept fully advised. I have bought and sold several properties, and I find this a rare quality in his profession. Like old-fashioned customer service, I always felt that I was his most important client. He is thoroughly decent and personable, and I could not recommend him more highly. And, the same recommendation would apply to his support staff. As soon as I have the chance, I intend to engage him again.
We needed to sell our home quickly in order to be able to relocate... Not only did she sell our home in 30 days but we sold our home for much more than expected. She is a great real estate agent! She is very knowledgeable, kind, professional, and responds quickly for any questions you may have. She makes herself available to you no matter the time of day. We are so thankful... She was truly a blessing!

Are you considering finding a real estate agent on your own without the help of Agents Ranking? Using a friend or family member is a common way that people hire a real estate agent. Unfortunately, most people don’t have a qualified, experienced, top real estate agent in their network of family or friends and this approach to selecting a real estate agent often leads to frustration and wasted time. We are approached by people on a weekly basis who are ready to switch real estate agents because they used a family member of friend who was unable to sell their house. Don’t waste your time using an inexperienced, part time agent.
If you are set on choosing a real estate agent on your own and don’t want our help, you can find real estate agent performance and sales results at The Wall Stree Journal. Frequently local newspapers will highlight peer-reviewed agents in your community. Consider contacting your local real estate broker such as Coldwell Banker, Keller Williams, RE/MAX or Sotheby’s and ask to speak to the manager. Tell him/her that you would like to know who the #1 selling real estate agent is in the office. They will be happy to provide you with this information. You can also search for real estate agents based on their credentials at REALTOR.com. You will want to consider searching for agents who have the GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) or ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative) credentials. Of course you can also consider using review services such as Yelp, Zillow or Angies List.

Most people don’t know the difference between a REALTOR® and a real estate agent. To work as a real estate agent, you must earn a real estate license by taking the required coursework and passing the state exam. The common belief held among the general population is that anyone who represnts buyers and sellers of real estate is a REALTOR®, in general this is true, however, technically, the real estate agent must be a member of the National Association of REALTORS® to call themselves a REALTOR®.
